AUTHORS

Paper may be submitted by an author or with one co-author (maximum two authors).

ABSTRACT

250–500 words, containing the research question, methodology and key arguments. Include 4–5 keywords. Follow the 21st edition of the Bluebook.

FULL RESEARCH PAPER

3,000–4,000 words. Structure: Introduction → Research Problem → Research Questions → Objectives → Literature Review → Methodology → Analysis → Findings → Recommendations → Conclusion → References.

FORMATTING & ORIGINALITY

Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes: Times New Roman 10 pt, single spacing. Follow the 21st edition of the Bluebook. The paper must be original and unpublished; plagiarized submissions will be disqualified.

Paper and presentations should be in English.

SELECTION & PRESENTATION

SELECTION PROCESS

All abstracts and full papers undergo peer review by the Paper Review Committee. Selection is based on relevance to the themes, originality and quality of research. Selected papers will be invited for presentation and authors notified by email.

PRESENTATION

Hybrid mode: 5–7 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes for audience questions and answers. Projectors and audiovisual equipment will be available. Physical presenters should carry three hard copies.

PUBLICATION & RECOGNITION

Selected papers will be published in an edited volume with ISBN.

Selected papers shall have below 10% plagiarism, including AI-generated content, and will be published in the conference proceedings, providing contributors with academic recognition and a broader audience for their work.

Papers published in the proceedings will be distributed to participants, institutions, and libraries.

For all selected papers: Each selected paper receives a complimentary 1-Year Subscription to Legal Bites.

Awards: Best Paper Award, Best Paper Presenter and Second Best Paper Presenter. Each awardee receives a Certificate of Excellence and a complimentary 1-Year Subscription to Legal Bites.

GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF through the official upload form. The PDF should clearly state the paper title, author details, research question, approach/methodology and central argument. Please keep the file within the stated size limit.

Only one abstract PDF should be uploaded per submission. Authors whose abstracts are marked “Selected for Full Paper Presentation” will receive access to the full-paper submission section.
